Every year, the “Scenography” Department of the Kazakh National Academy of Arts named after Temirbek Zhurgenov invites applicants to participate in the republican contest for applicants called “Daryndy Scenographer,” which takes place during the spring semester. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The goals of the contest are as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– to identify and attract talented youth;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– to support the creative potential of young people;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– to promote the development of young scenographers\u2019 creativity;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– to exchange experience and knowledge in the field of scenography;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– to provide contest winners with the opportunity to enter the Kazakh National Academy of Arts named after Temirbek Zhurgenov in the current academic year with a grant for the “Scenography” educational program.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This opportunity is available to winners who achieve a passing score in the UNT (Unified National Test) and are laureates in the following categories, exempt from taking the creative entrance exam:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Multimedia Scenography<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Theater, Film, and TV Makeup<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Production Designer for Film and TV.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The contest includes the following programs:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1) “Multimedia Scenography” \u2013 creates stage design and visual representation for theater productions, digital sets for theater, and large-scale events such as the Olympics, Expo exhibitions, stadium concerts, and television exhibitions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2) “Production Designer for Film and TV” \u2013 creates visual representations of drama for film and television productions. The wide range of opportunities offered by this program provides great prospects for future graduates to work on feature films, film projects, and advertising.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3) “Theater, Film, and TV Makeup” \u2013 offers future graduates\u2019 opportunities to work on projects in the film industry, theater, advertising campaigns, and the beauty industry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Participation requirements are published on the website in the terms of the “Daryndy Scenographer” contest; an application form and questionnaire are attached. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The organizer of the contest is the Kazakh National Academy of Arts named after T. Zhurgenov, Faculty of “Theatrical Arts,” Department of “Scenography.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n
