{"id":41504,"date":"2025-09-26T12:29:24","date_gmt":"2025-09-26T07:29:24","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/kaznai.kz\/?page_id=41504"},"modified":"2026-02-11T16:06:56","modified_gmt":"2026-02-11T11:06:56","slug":"seriktes-universitetter","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/kaznai.kz\/en\/seriktes-universitetter\/","title":{"rendered":"Academic mobility"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-1 wp-block-paragraph\">We are pleased to announce the opening of the application period for participation in the Academic Mobility Program under bilateral agreements for the Autumn Semester of the 2026\u20132027 academic year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-2 wp-block-paragraph\">Applications will be accepted from February 10 to February 27, 2026, inclusive. <strong>APPLICATIONS FROM FINAL-YEAR STUDENTS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED<\/strong><strong>!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-3 wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><u>Partner universities abroad have a limited number of places available.<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-4 wp-block-paragraph\">The competition will consist of two stages: the preliminary stage and the final stage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-5 wp-block-paragraph\">To participate in the competition (Stage I), applicants must submit the following documents:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-6\"><strong>Application form<\/strong> (a sample can be obtained in International cooperation office);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-7\"><strong>Transcript in three languages<\/strong> (Kazakh, Russian, and English), issued by the Registrar\u2019s Office (office 5);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-8\"><strong>Motivation letter<\/strong> (in Kazakh or Russian);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-9\"><strong>Recommendation letter<\/strong>, certified with the signature of the supervisor\/mentor\/curator and the faculty dean (in Kazakh or Russian);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-10\"><strong>Certificates:<\/strong> IELTS \u2013 minimum 5.0; German \u2013 at least B2; Korean \u2013 at least TOPIK 3. Students who hold an IELTS 5.0 certificate are exempt from the interview.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-11 wp-block-paragraph\">The schedule for the first stage of the selection process will be provided separately.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-12 wp-block-paragraph\">The results of the preliminary stage will be published on the Academy\u2019s website and social media channels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-13 wp-block-paragraph\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;The second stage of the selection process (final stage) will take place at the host university by the end of May\/June 2026. The final decision regarding a student\u2019s participation in the Academic Mobility Program rests with the administration of the host university (the main document package will be prepared based on the results of both stages).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-14 wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Applicants are requested to submit the above-mentioned document package to International cooperation office (main building).<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-15 wp-block-paragraph\">For more information, please contact the International Cooperation Office (Main Building, Room 9).
