Scientific interests are related to the problems of clinical psychology: mental health and its prevention, stress management, development of resilience, psycho-oncology. A.I. Garber is a DFS-certified psychologist-consultant for systemic psychotherapy and family counseling, an EAG-FPI certified social psychotherapist for working with addictions, a DKG-certified psycho-oncologist, an IPT-certified trainer with the right to train in the \u201cManage Stress with Optimism\u201d program, and a behavioral psychotherapist (Germany). The results of her scientific research and practical developments have been published in books, workshops and articles in psychological and medical journals. Under her advisory guidance, doctoral dissertations were defended in Kazakhstan. At the moment A.I. Garber continues to provide advisory supervision to doctoral students in Kazakhstan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color\">The Work-shop lasts 8 hours (2 days, 4 hours each).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>1. Types of multimodal stress management and the need for their application in the training of future theater workers (art workers) at the university;<\/li><li>3.
