WEBINAR BY THE REPRESENTATIVES<\/strong> of the National Institute of Intellectual Property \u201cQAZPATENT\u201d<\/strong> of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

On March 1, 2024 at 15.00 on the ZOOM platform, the Scientific and editorial department of the Academy organized a webinar of specialists from the National Institute of Intellectual Property (hereinafter referred to as the RSE “NIIP”) “QAZPATENT” of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The webinar was opened and introduced by the speakers, a specialist from the IPR (intellectual property rights) center of the RSE “NIIP” Magai Mison Nikolaevna. At the webinar, the head of the copyright department of the RSE “NIIP” Avvalova Raushan Davletmuradovna spoke on the topic \u201cCopyright in Kazakhstan and the world\u201d and the head of the department for examination of industrial designs Salken Lyazzat Kanatovna on the topic \u201cLegal protection of industrial designs\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At the webinar, representatives of QAZPATENT also discussed controversial issues regarding the protection of intellectual property.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
