The Republican Competition Commission selects the best of the best in the profession and celebrates their achievements. In addition to monetary incentives, the winners of the \u201cBest University Teacher\u201d competition receive a badge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-79a1e8b43630777501ec9e1b5b79dca6\">The purpose of the competition is to improve the professional and pedagogical culture of teaching staff at universities, stimulate and motivate teachers for further professional development. Teachers with continuous scientific and pedagogical experience of at least 5 years and high achievements in teaching and scientific activities are allowed to participate in the competition. To participate in the competition, applicants from among full-time university teachers submit their documents through the information system of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education PK (universitycontest2024.iac.kz.).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-cfbdfb3dc5892a5553f8ad1e727bd2c7\">The rules for participation in the competition are published at the link https:\/\/adilet.zan.kz\/rus\/docs\/V2000021548#z6 (On amendments to the order of the Acting Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 16, 2015 No. 124 \u201cOn approval of the Rules for awarding the title \u201cThe best university teacher.\u201d Order of the Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated October 30, 2020 No. 466).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-fea96f42f241358c2de87b4a7c8be8d6\">In 2023, the Competition Commission for conducting the intra-academic stage for awarding the title \u201cBest University Teacher\u201d to the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan recommended the candidacies of 3 teachers of the Kazakh National Academy of Arts named after Temirbek Zhurgenov:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1. Ainash S. Nauryzbaeva \u2013 PhD in Decorative Arts, Associate Professor of the \u201cDesign\u201d Department;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2. Zhanat S. Kanlybaeva, Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences, Head of the \u201cForeign Languages \u200b\u200band Assembly of the Peoples of Kazakhstan\u201d Department;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3. Gulnara A. Mursalimova, Candidate of Art History, Associate Professor of the \u201cHistory and Theory of Cinema\u201d Department;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>4. Kabyl Z.
