Thirty-three applicants from eight cities of Kazakhstan took part in the first stage of the competition: Aktobe, Almaty, Atyrau, Baikonur, Karaganda, Petropavlovsk, Semey, and Taraz. Twenty-three applicants took part in the second and third stages.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color
