He made a significant contribution to the development of the national school of painting, working in landscape, portrait, and genre compositions. His notable works include: \u201cBabalar,\u201d \u201cAbylai Khan,\u201d \u201cSyrym Batyr,\u201d \u201cIsatai-Makhambet,\u201d \u201cMurat Akyn,\u201d \u201cKurmangazy,\u201d \u201cKairan Sheshem,\u201d \u201cGani Muratbayev,\u201d and \u201cAuezov and Ch.
