CALL FOR APPLICATIONS FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE ACADEMIC MOBILITY PROGRAM UNDER BILATERAL AGREEMENTS FOR THE SPRING SEMESTER OF THE 2026\u20132027 ACADEMIC YEAR<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

We are pleased to announce the opening of the application period for participation in the Academic Mobility Program under bilateral agreements for the spring semester of the 2026\u20132027 academic year!<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

\n

Applications will be accepted from September 17 through September 30, 2026, inclusive.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

\n

APPLICATIONS FROM FIRST-YEAR AND GRADUATING STUDENTS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

Foreign partner universities have a limited number of available places.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

\n

The competition will consist of two stages: a selection stage<\/strong> and a final stage<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

To participate in the competition (Stage I), applicants must submit the following documents:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \n
  1. – Application form<\/strong> (a sample can be obtained from Room 9);<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. – Transcript in three languages<\/strong> (Kazakh, Russian, and English), issued by the Office of the Registrar (Room 5);<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. – Motivation letter<\/strong> (in Kazakh or Russian);<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. – Letter of recommendation<\/strong>, certified with the signature of the master\/supervisor\/academic advisor and the Dean of the Faculty (in Kazakh or Russian);<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. – Language certificates:<\/strong> IELTS score of at least 5.0<\/strong>; German language proficiency of at least B2<\/strong>; Korean language proficiency of at least TOPIK Level 3<\/strong>. Students who have an IELTS score of 5.0 or higher are exempt from the interview.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    The schedule for Stage I of the competitive selection<\/strong> will be announced additionally. The results of the selection stage will be published on the Academy’s website and social media accounts.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

    \n

    Stage II of the competitive selection (final stage)<\/strong> The final stage will take place at the host university by the end of November\/December 2026<\/strong>. The final decision regarding a student’s participation in the Academic Mobility Program will be made by the administration of the host university. The complete application package will be prepared based on the results of both stages.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

    The above-mentioned documents should be submitted to Room 9 (Main Building).<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
