DANCE MASTERCLASSES IN CONTEMPORARY AND BODY RHYTHM ACCORDING TO THE ERASMUS+ KA107 PROGRAMME

In the period from April 25 to April 30, 2022 as part of the implementation of the external academic mobility of teaching staff under the Erasmus+ programme – project KA107 classes of teachers from the Roman National Academy of Dance (Rome, Italy) were held at T.K. Zhurgenov Kazakh National Academy of Arts at the Faculty of Choreography.

During the daily classes students of 1-4 courses in the profile of training “Pedagogy of Modern Choreography” were engaged in the disciplines of modern choreography, which were conducted for them by:

– Professor Cocetta Russo – a course on the discipline “Methods of Teaching Contemporary Dance” accompanied by an accompanist-percussionist Massimo Carrano.

– Professor Massimo Carrano – author’s course on the discipline “Body rhythm”.
