On April 18-20, 2023 Madina Mussakhanova, professor, candidate of historical sciences, associate professor, museum expert, member of ICOM, took part in the International scientific conference “Rumyantsev Readings – 2023“, organized by the Russian State Library, the Eurasian Library Assembly and the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation. The purpose of the International scientific conference “Rumyantsev Readings” is to draw attention to the issues of preservation and study of the world cultural heritage, as well as the problems of libraries at the present historical stage, the search for promising ways of development, expansion of intercultural interaction and cooperation between cultural, educational and scientific institutions.
