We are announcing the opening of the application process for participation in the academic mobility program under bilateral agreements for the spring semester of the 2024-2025 academic year!
Documents are accepted from September 09 to September 20, 2024 inclusive. THE DOCUMENTS OF THE FIRST AND FINAL YEAR STUDENTS ARE NOT CONSIDERED.
The competition will consist of two stages: qualifying and final.
To participate in the competition (stage I), applicants submit the following documents:
- Statement;
- Transcript in 3 languages (Kazakh, Russian and English), issued by the Department of office registrars (5 rooms, main building);
- Motivation letter (in Kazakh or Russian);
- Letter of recommendation (signed by the master/leader/curator and dean of the faculty in Kazakh or Russian).;
- Certificates: IELTS 5.5 minimum; German at least B2; Korean at least TOPIC 3. Students with IELTS 5.5 certificates are exempt from the interview.
The schedule of the I stage of the competitive selection will be sent additionally.
The results of the qualifying stage will be posted on the Academy’s website and social networks.
Stage II of the competitive selection process (final stage) will take place at the host university by the end of November/December 2024. The final decision on the student’s study under the academic mobility programme rests with the management of the host university (the formation of the main package of documents will be made on the basis of the results of both stages).
