Employees of the Kazakh National Academy of Arts named after Temirbek Zhurgenov achieved prize-winning results at the traditional National Spartakiad, organized by the Ministry of Culture and Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan among its employees and subordinate organizations. The qualifying stage of the sporting event was held in Almaty, where the Academy’s team demonstrated strong performance across several disciplines.

In the final stage of the Spartakiad held in Astana, Academy staff earned prizes both individually and as a team. Specifically, Abay Sultan took 2nd place in Kazakh wrestling in the 90 kg weight category, Gulraikhan Zhanteyeva won 3rd place in chess, and the Academy’s football team secured 3rd place in the team competition.
