September 16, 2026 – Kanat Toktarovich Shukirbekov, Professor and lecturer at the Department of Fine Arts, and Akbota Amirova, a third-year student, participated in the Republican Competition for Professional Artists “Ajarly Almaty”, where they received encouragement awards.

The event was attended by Abzal Nukenuly, Deputy Akim of Almaty.
