On October 1, 2024 at the faculty «Choreography» a master class on Argentine tango was held, which was attended by students of the chairs «Pedagogy of Choreography» and «Ballet Master’s Art». The master class was conducted by Arapochkin Evgeny — co-founder of the project Tango Cafe (dance art center), professional dancer with 32 years of experience, champion of Latvia in Latin American dances, certified teacher with more than 26 years of experience. Е. Arapochkin has been studying Argentine tango for the last 15 years with the most renowned teachers in the world and works in 4 countries: Latvia, Italy, Slovakia and Kazakhstan.
