From November 18 to 22, 2025, the international “Shabyt” Creative Youth Festival was held in Astana, where students of the Temirbek Zhurgenov Kazakh National Academy of Arts demonstrated outstanding results.

According to the decision of the international jury, which included musicians and experts from China, Turkey, Russia, Italy, Kyrgyzstan, and Uzbekistan, the Grand Prix was awarded to the trio from the Faculty of Musical Arts – Nuraiym Gimran, Rimma Akhmetova, and Akerke Amalyat. In addition, the trio consisting of Mirzhan Zhidebai, Nurbolat Naurzbek, and Adilkhan Makhambetov earned an honorable third place.

This festival is considered one of the most prestigious creative competitions that identify and evaluate the professional level of young talents.
