During his official visit to Azerbaijan, Arman Zhudebayev, Rector of the Temirbek Zhurgenov Kazakh National Academy of Arts, took part in an event dedicated to the establishment of the Union of Rectors. The union, which brings together the heads of higher education institutions in the field of arts from Turkic countries, was created with the support of the Ministry of Science and Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan and initiated by the Azerbaijan State Academy of Fine Arts.

As part of this important event held in Baku, an international exhibition of art faculty students from Turkic states was organized. The exhibition featured works by students from Uzbekistan, Azerbaijan, Kyrgyzstan, Türkiye, Northern Cyprus, Hungary, as well as artworks prepared by students of the Temirbek Zhurgenov Kazakh National Academy of Arts.

In addition, during the visit, a memorandum of mutual cooperation was signed between higher education institutions of Kazakhstan and Azerbaijan – the Temirbek Zhurgenov Kazakh National Academy of Arts and the Azerbaijan State Academy of Fine Arts. The memorandum outlines opportunities for implementing joint creative projects, as well as expanding avenues for experience exchange between students and faculty members.
