The diploma of “Honorary Professor” of the Temirbek Zhurgenov Kazakh National Academy of Arts was solemnly awarded to Sultan Raev, Secretary General of TÜRKSOY.

The decision to confer the academic title of “Honorary Professor” upon Sultan Akimovich Raev, by the Academic Council of the Academy on April 30, 2025 (Protocol No. 11), was made for his outstanding contribution to the development of Turkic art and his comprehensive support of the II International Student Festival “Turki duniesi”.

Sultan Raev previously served as the Minister of Culture of the Kyrgyz Republic (2005—2010; 2013—2014). He was honored as a Merited Figure of Culture of the Kyrgyz Republic in 2009 and recognized as a People’s Writer of the Kyrgyz Republic in 2011. He is also a laureate of the Toktogul State Prize (2007), a State Service Advisor of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2nd class, and a member of the Eurasian Writers’ Union.

The diploma was presented by Arman Zhudebayev, Rector of the Academy.

The diploma of “Honorary Professor” of the Academy was awarded to playwright, member of the National Union of Writers and the Union of Theater Workers of the Kyrgyz Republic Kairat Olzhobaevich Imanaliev

By the decision of the Academic Council of the Temirbek Zhurgenov Kazakh National Academy of Arts dated April 30, 2025 (minutes No. 11), the academic title of “Honorary Professor” of the Academy was awarded to Kairat Imanaliev, a playwright, member of the National Union of Writers and the Union of Theater Workers of the Kyrgyz Republic, former First Deputy Minister of Culture, Information, Sports and Youth Policy of the Kyrgyz Republic.

The diploma of “Honorary Professor” of the Academy was solemnly presented by the Rector of the Academy Arman Zhudebaev.

The diploma of “Honorary Professor” of the Temirbek Zhurgenov Kazakh National Academy of Arts was solemnly awarded to Valida Imran gyzy Mamedova, “Honored Artist” of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

By the decision of the Academic Council of the Academy on April 30, 2025 (Protocol No. 11), the academic title of “Honorary Professor” was conferred upon Valida Imran gyzy Mamedova, “Honored Artist” of the Republic of Azerbaijan. She is a professor of humanities and social sciences at the newly established Azerbaijan Academy of Arts, Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs, and Advisor to the Rector for Innovation in Education at the Azerbaijan State University of Culture and Arts. This recognition is for her outstanding contribution to the development of education and the strengthening of international cooperation between our universities.

The diploma of “Honorary Professor” was ceremonially presented by Arman Zhudebayev, Rector of the Academy.
