From February 9 to 12, 2026, master classes by Gulnara Nadymovna Gabbasova — a renowned choreographer and Associate Professor of the Department of Ballet Mastery at the Temirbek Zhurgenov Kazakh National Academy of Arts (Almaty) — were held at the State Academy of Choreography of Uzbekistan (Tashkent, Uzbekistan).

Master classes in contemporary dance were conducted for 1st–4th year undergraduate students and faculty members of the Faculty of Choreographic Art (Departments of «Choreography Pedagogy» and «Leaders of Choreographic Collectives») within the educational programs «Choreography Pedagogy» (profiles «Pop Dance and Contemporary Dance») and «Leader of a Choreographic Collective». A total of 40 participants took part in the master classes. The sessions focused on the structure of a contemporary dance class, the development of training combinations, and consultations on contemporary choreography composition. They were aimed at improving professional skills in contemporary dance, fostering creative exchange, and enhancing the performers’ artistic mastery.
