On June 3-7, 2024 Department of Foreign Languages and APK of Temirbek Zhurgenov Kazakh National Academy of Arts held methodical seminar – workshop: «Teaching foreign languages in mixed-level classes» (72 hours).
The purpose of the seminar: to exchange practical experience and ideas in teaching foreign (English) language in mixed-ability classes and gain some skills in this field.
Participation format: hybrid.
The speakers represented the following educational institutions:  ALMAU, Ablaikhan Kazakh University of International Relations and World Languages, Oxford University Press, KBTU, Narxoz University, Abai KazNPU, Temirbek Zhurgenov KazNAA, and the participants from Kurmangazy Conservatoire, Border Academy of the National Security Committee RK, and other universities.
Participants in the seminar noted the high level of preparation and organization of the seminar. The seminar program made it possible to improve and gain additional professional skills in the methodology of teaching English. The workshop should take place every three years, as suggested.
