On April 12, 2022, as part of the Science Week, the Council of Young Scientists and the Scientific and Editorial Department of the Faculty of Art History will hold a round table on the topic: “Creativity of modern Art Study: current state and prospects for development”.
The main purpose of the round table is to stimulate the creative activity of young scientists and students, to improve the quality of research work in the field of art criticism. The event will be attended by the teaching staff, doctoral students, undergraduates and students of the departments “History and Theory of Cinema” and “History and Theory of Theatrical Art”.
The moderator of the round table will be a film critic, teacher – Dana Amirbekova.
At the round table, speakers will share their thoughts on these topics:
Aizhan Izimova, lecturer of the Department “History and Theory of Cinema”, cinematographer, Master of Art History – “Trends of modern Kazakh drama”;
Alimakyn Zhanbolat, lecturer of the Department “History and Theory of Cinema”, Master of Art History, film critic, – “Problems of film criticism in the domestic media space”;
Damir Amantai, 2nd year Master’s student of Art History – “Opportunities and disadvantages of the genre of travel comedy in Kazakh cinema”;
Ulzhan Kurmanbai, 2nd year master’s student of Art history – “The influence of theater management on the development of Kazakh stage art”.
