We are pleased to announce the opening of the application period for participation in the Academic Mobility Program under bilateral agreements for the Autumn Semester of the 2026–2027 academic year.
Applications will be accepted from February 10 to February 27, 2026, inclusive. APPLICATIONS FROM FINAL-YEAR STUDENTS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED!
Partner universities abroad have a limited number of places available.
The competition will consist of two stages: the preliminary stage and the final stage.
To participate in the competition (Stage I), applicants must submit the following documents:
Application form (a sample can be obtained in International cooperation office);
Transcript in three languages (Kazakh, Russian, and English), issued by the Registrar’s Office (office 5);
Motivation letter (in Kazakh or Russian);
Recommendation letter, certified with the signature of the supervisor/mentor/curator and the faculty dean (in Kazakh or Russian);
Certificates: IELTS – minimum 5.0; German – at least B2; Korean – at least TOPIK 3. Students who hold an IELTS 5.0 certificate are exempt from the interview.
The schedule for the first stage of the selection process will be provided separately.
The results of the preliminary stage will be published on the Academy’s website and social media channels.
The second stage of the selection process (final stage) will take place at the host university by the end of May/June 2026. The final decision regarding a student’s participation in the Academic Mobility Program rests with the administration of the host university (the main document package will be prepared based on the results of both stages).
Applicants are requested to submit the above-mentioned document package to International cooperation office (main building).
