On April 12, 2024, Kazakh – German University organized the Speech Contest on public speaking skills in English among students of Almaty: KIMEP University, Kazakh-German University, Suleyman Demirel University, Intarnational IT University and Temirbek Zhurgenov Kazakh National academy of arts. Teaching staff of Foreign Languages ​​and APK Department of Temirbek Zhurgenov Kazakh National Academy of Arts supervised several students took part in the Speech Contest. Among them, the 2nd-year student of the Faculty of Music Yerubaeva Kamila (supervisor – associate professor Iskakova A.O.) performed on the topic “The image of woman in music: why it is a problem” won the 1^st place!
