Temirbek Zhurgenov Kazakh National Academy of Arts has successfully undergone a five-year Accreditation by the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan as a subject of scientific and scientific-technical activity and has received the corresponding Certificate.
The Certificate grants the right to participate in competitions for scientific and scientific-technical projects and programs funded by the state budget, international organizations and foundations, businesses, and non-governmental funds and organizations.
Advantages of obtaining scientific accreditation for the Academy:
• Despite the existing restrictions associated with its organizational and legal status as an RSI, the Academy can continue participating in national grant-funded projects by forming a consortium with the “M. Auezov Institute of Literature and Art” of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
• Under the international “Bolashak” program, 500 scholars have the opportunity to undergo internships at leading foreign universities and research centers.
• The Academy may participate in international research projects in collaboration with the world’s leading creative higher education institutions.
Accreditation — particularly scientific or specialized accreditation — is a strategically significant decision that officially confirms that the Academy’s activities meet high national and international quality standards. This process provides substantial benefits to all stakeholders: it is a document that opens new opportunities for the development of the Academy itself, its students, faculty, and the scientific community.
