Opening ceremony of SCIENCE WEEK – 2024 on the topic“Contemporary art of Kazakhstan: research impulse and intellectual innovations”

SCIENCE WEEK-2024, which takes place on April 8–12, 2024, is aimed at providing information support for the meeting of the National Kurultai under the President and is dedicated to the topic: “Contemporary art of Kazakhstan: research impulse and intellectual innovation.”

On April 8, the opening ceremony of Science Week took place. Vice-Rector for Research, Doctor of Philosophy, Professor Khalykov Kabyl Zamanbekovich congratulated those present on the grand opening of Science Week and and provided information about international scientific and practical conferences, round tables and international competitions held within the framework of Science Week.

The head of the department of “Kazakhstan and Social Sciences”, Candidate of Philosophy, Professor Alimzhanova Aliya Sharabekovna made a report on the topic “The integrity of the country begins with the unity of the intelligentsia.”

Dean of the Faculty of Cinema and Television, PhD Bakeeva Madina Kayratzhanovna made a report on the topic “New impetus in the film industry of Kazakhstan.”

Associate Professor of the Department of Art Management and Production, Candidate of Economic Sciences Musabaev Kuat Mananabaevich spoke with an “Analytical review of the development and future of art management in Kazakhstan.”

The event was attended by the Academy’s teaching staff, doctoral students, graduate and undergraduate students, as well as journalists and public figures.
