The applications are accepted in the state and (or) Russian, English languages and must contain:

• a competitive application in the form according to Appendix 1;

• description of the project in the form according to Appendix 2;

• video (no more than 60 seconds) or project presentation (no more than 10 slides);

• draft cost estimates according to the form according to Appendix 3;
