On October 16, a scientific and methodological seminar on organizing a scientific project for the purpose of participating in international and national grant funding competitions was held in the Academy’s cinema hall.
The seminar, held in offline and online formats, was attended by teachers, doctoral students and master’s students who wanted to gain experience in participating in national and international research grant funding competitions.
The seminar was opened by the head of the Research Center for Postgraduate Education, Doctor of Historical Sciences, Professor Arman Kulshanova.
Specialists who participated in research grant competitions shared their experience at the seminar.
Yulia Sorokina, PhD in art history, associate professor of the Department of Art Management and Producing, who participated in the international research project “Getty Scholar in the 2023-2024 academic year” made a presentation on the topic “Algorithm for participation in international research projects of grant funding”.
Nurdubayeva Asiya Ruslanovna, associate professor of the Design Department, candidate of architecture, who participated in the republican competitions of research projects for grant funding, gave a report on the topic “Critical points of grant funding and problems with submitting an application.”
