Department of strategic planning and quality management system is a structural unit of the Academy and it is a part of the Internal Quality Assurance and Monitoring Service.
The main objectives of the department are:
1) Coordination of work on the development and implementation of a quality management system at the Academy, support for the integrity of the QMS;
2) Monitoring the implementation of indicative indicators of the strategic development plan of the Academy;
3) Organization and conduct of internal audits.
