Nostrification is a procedure carried out to determine the authenticity of a document issued by another state. Nostrification is carried out by the center of the Bologna process and academic mobility of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
LIST OF DOCUMENTS FOR NOSTRIFICATION
Application for nostrification of educational documents;
• original document on education with an attachment (after verification, it is subject to return);
• notarized copies of an identity document, education document and annex to it (if necessary, with translation into the state or Russian language);
• a copy of the license and accreditation certificate of the educational institution that issued the document on education, with the exception of state documents on basic secondary, general secondary education, certified by the seal of the educational institution (if necessary, with a notarized translation into the state or Russian language);
• Receipt of payment.
The documents specified in clause 2 must be apostilled or legalized, or the recipient of the public service must provide an archival certificate from the educational institution confirming his training.
When submitting documents not personally by the applicant, but by an authorized person, you must have a notarized power of attorney (original), or a cover letter from the organization signed by the first head and sealed.
The application for submission of documents must be filled out correctly, without corrections, in printed type, the address and contact numbers are precisely indicated.
When receiving a certificate of nostrification, you must have an identity card and an original receipt of payment (to the authorized person – a power of attorney).
