Round table dedicated to the problems of preservation and development of traditional music within the framework of the International Scientific and Practical Conference “Traditions of Oral Musical Professionalism and Modernity” dedicated to the 80th anniversary of Doctor of Arts, Professor Mukhambetova A.I.
On October 14 at 14.00 the Cinema Hall hosted a Round Table devoted to the problems of preservation and development of traditional music, its functioning in modern cultures, and the problems of teaching traditional musicians.

Abdurashidov Abduvali, Candidate of Art History, People’s Artist of Tajikistan, Head of the Maqom Academy of Tajikistan, Professor of the Department of History and Theory of Traditional Music of the Uzbek National Institute of Musical Art named after. Y. Rajabi (Dushanbe, Tajikistan): “On the restoration of the traditions of classical art shashmakom”.
• There was a discussion of reports, summing up the results of the conference, festival and master classes.
• The Resolution of the International Scientific and Practical Conference “Traditions of oral and musical professionalism and modernity” was adopted in draft form.
