Alena Garber PhD, associate professor, psychotherapist (Germany)
on the topic: “The importance of multimodal stress management in the preparation of future theater workers (art workers)” for Master’s Students, Doctoral Students and Teaching Staff of the Academy.
Author of the Work-shop:
psychotherapist at the Reinhardshöhe rehabilitation clinic (Germany), associate professor at the University of Modern Sciences (Netherlands). Scientific interests are related to the problems of clinical psychology: mental health and its prevention, stress management, development of resilience, psycho-oncology. A.I. Garber is a DFS-certified psychologist-consultant for systemic psychotherapy and family counseling, an EAG-FPI certified social psychotherapist for working with addictions, a DKG-certified psycho-oncologist, an IPT-certified trainer with the right to train in the “Manage Stress with Optimism” program, and a behavioral psychotherapist (Germany). The results of her scientific research and practical developments have been published in books, workshops and articles in psychological and medical journals. Under her advisory guidance, doctoral dissertations were defended in Kazakhstan. At the moment A.I. Garber continues to provide advisory supervision to doctoral students in Kazakhstan.
The Work-shop lasts 8 hours (2 days, 4 hours each).

- 3. Anxiety states of future theater workers (art workers) and their overcoming based on modern strategies of multimodal stress management.
