The competition is held in the following nominations:
1) The best monograph (individual author);
2) The best textbook (individual author);
3) The best study guide (individual author);
4) The best article with the impact factor Web of Science, Scopus
The competition committee reserves the right to establish special (additional) nominations.
Authors who are full-time teaching staff of the academy can take part in the competition.
For each publication submitted to the competition, a separate folder with documents is formed:

For monographs, textbooks, teaching aids:
1) The applicant (group of applicants) submits a written application addressed to the rector of the Academy (Appendix 1), in which he states about participation in the competition, puts a personal signature (personal signatures), the date of application;
2) published educational publication – 1 copy;
3) an extract from the meeting of the department to which the applicant is attached. It should reflect:
- compliance of the content of the educational publication with the discipline program, completeness of coverage of issues;
- ensuring interdisciplinary communication;
- originality and accessibility of presentation of methodological material;
- availability of materials for self-control, ensuring independent work of students, further in-depth work on the subject;
- use of the presented materials in the educational process (including the act of introducing research and development work into the educational process);
4) copies of the conclusion on the assignment of the stamps of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan or the UMS RUMS or an extract from the minutes of the Academic Council of the Academy.
For articles with the impact factor Web of Science, Scopus:
1) The applicant (group of applicants) submits a written application for participation in the competition of the expert commission (Appendix 1), in which he sets out the application for participation in the competition, puts a personal signature (personal signatures), the date of application and gives the following in it:
2) Full link to your personal or co-authorship (for authors of articles) publication (author (s), title of work, title of journal, volume, issue, page numbers) in the original language and a web link to it;
3) A certificate from “NCSTE” confirming the article of the journal’s non-zero impact factor;
4) printed article: a color copy of the magazine cover and an imprint.
The following types of publications can be submitted to the competition:
Textbook: not less 4 printed sheets.
Study guide: not less 4 printed sheets.
Monograph: not less 6 printed sheets.
Articles with the impact factor Web of Science, Scopus is an indicator that characterizes the “scientific weight” / popularity of a publication.
