December 05, 2023. Kazakh National Academy of Arts named after Temirbek Zhurgenov held a national scientific and methodological seminar organized by the Research Center of Postgraduate Education on the theme: “Formation of intellectual potential in the field of art”.
The seminar was attended by leading specialists in the field of science and art of universities of Almaty and Astana:
1. Nurkusheva L.T. – doctor of Architecture, Professor of “Kazakh Head Architectural-Construction Academy “;
2. Nauryzbayeva A.B. – doctor of Philosophy “Kazakh National Conservatory named after Kurmangazy”;
3. Kulbekova A.K. – doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Professor of Art History “Kazakh National Academy of Choreography”.
They discussed actual problems of organization of doctoral students’ research work in the field of culture and art, exchanged experience, and made constructive suggestions to improve the quality of doctoral students’ research work.
At the end of the seminar, the participants adopted a resolution in which the following was noted:
- To take note of doctoral students’ presentations on research work, to consider doctoral students’ research work as an important component in the field of science and culture;
- To activate the work of the Research Center of Postgraduate Education in project and publication activities, which will be reflected in the content of publications of doctoral students in international journals with non-zero impact factor;
- Take note of the speeches of representatives of universities of Almaty and Astana to expand the intellectual field;
- Identify conceptual methodological principles.
The conference participants unanimously concluded that it is necessary to intensify scientific and creative activity within the framework of strengthening the quality of research works.
