From 25 to 27 October 2023, Musakhanova Madina, Professor of the Department of History and Theory of Fine Arts, candidate of historical sciences, associate professor, museologist, member of ICOM, took part in the VII annual interdisciplinary scientific-practical conference “BOOK MEMORIALS IN THE ASPECT OF PROTECTION”, organized by the Center for Conservation and Restoration of Documents of the All-Russian State Library of Foreign Literature named after M. I. Rudomino. The purpose of the International Scientific and Practical Conference was to pay special attention to the discussion of the actual topic “Specifics of the study, preservation and restoration of the historical and cultural heritage of the countries of the East”.

The conference addressed a wide range of professional issues:

•  2. Preservation of book monuments and library funds
• 3. Expeditionary activity
• 4. Exposition and exhibition activity
